Reservations can be made through the Tunbridge Wells Taxi app, and there are two types of taxis: Venti and Black.
Here’s how to make a reservation:
You need the Taxi application to call a Tunbridge Wells Taxi, so download it after launching the app, and select the taxi menu. Launch the Tunbridge Wells Taxi app and select the taxi menu.
Select reservation button
On the departure point selection screen, press the reservation button at the top left.
Select reservation date
Select the date and time you would like to reserve. Reservations can be made from as little as 30 minutes in advance and up to 2 weeks in advance.
Origin and destination settings
Set the departure point and destination. The departure point can be entered by the current location or address search, and the destination can be entered by address search or favorites.
Select the Reservation button
Click the Reservation button. Once your reservation is complete, your reservation details will be displayed on the screen.

Cancel reservation
Reservation cancellation is possible up to 10 minutes before departure time. Cancellation fees may apply in case of cancellation.
