10 Stardew Valley Mods That Add Marriage Candidates
For Stardew Valley players who want to find more people to marry, these mods will give them a lot more choices.
Stardew Valley is a well-known independent farming RPG that lets you live a peaceful life in Pelican Town. The player can grow, charm, and quest their way through the game to unlock awards and secrets and have a great life in general after taking over their grandfather’s farm. Since it came out in 2016, the game has had a strong following of dedicated fans who have always stood by the creators, ConcernedApe.
To show how much they love Stardew Valley even more, many fans have made large, well-thought-out mods that let players explore the game even more. Mods are usually downloaded material that lets gamers change games to add things that the original game doesn’t have, like new farming tools or an easy way to travel. It’s possible for mods to add new places or NPCs to Stardew Valley, while others are just made to make the game play better. There are a lot of unique mods that show a lot of care and commitment. Some of them make it easier for players looking for love to meet new people.
Adventurer’s Guild Expanded
This add-on for The Adventurer’s Guild expands on the monsters in Stardew Valley by giving you more information about the mines and brand-new stories about where the monsters come from. People who play can even make friends with a little monster that will move in with them.
It’s most important that this mod adds two new NPCs: Marlon’s children, who move to Pelican Town to start an Adventurer’s Guild branch for monster study. There are six different events that happen to Gabriel and Zinnia at different points in their relationships with the player. They both move to Stardew Valley as young adults. The mines and monster areas of the game have a whole new feel thanks to this mod. The two new NPCs add something new to the date pool and help the player learn more about Marlon’s past.
Romanceable Rasmodius and Romanceable Rasmodia
But not in the way that players might think. This mod does add a “new” person who can get married.Romanceable Rasmodius gives Rasmodius the chance to get married and adds 6 new heart events as the player’s friendship with him grows. It also gives Rasmodius dozens of new lines of conversation and changes how he acts now that he’s married. You will need to have Stardew Valley Expanded loaded for this mod to work properly.
For Stardew Valley Expanded or Romanceable Rasmodius to work with Romanceable Rasmodia, a female version of Rasmodius can be made. It changes Rasmodius into Rasmodia and makes the game fit Rasmodia’s personality without changing too much else. It’s a great choice for players who don’t want to change their game too much but would rather see a cool Witch in the forest tower than a Wizard.
Always Raining in the Valley
This great Stardew Valley mod adds three great new NPCs. Sterling is one of them, and players can fall in love with him. Because it builds on the East Scarp mod, players should make sure they have that one downloaded first. Henry, Mia, and Sterling Cooper are the three new characters. Their speech and clothes change depending on the setting and event.
Another great thing about this mod is that it adds a new plot to the East Scarp area. Sterling is also a great new person to marry. Even though he seems a little lost, his honesty makes him a great new choice for players, especially since he’s not like any other marriage option we’ve seen so far. For people who like to cook, the mod also adds new recipes. Keep in mind that the mod doesn’t change the weather, and the title is just meant to be dramatic.
Boarding House and Bus Stop Extension
There is now a boarding house behind the bus stop thanks to this Stardew Valley mod. It also adds some new characters and dateable NPCs. The great thing about the Boarding House and Bus Stop Extension mod is that it lets players make and add their own custom NPCs without having to build a whole new house or place for them to live in.
Greg can be found at the end of the new abandoned mine. He is a good choice for players who just want to date a new NPC. Greg’s six events are mostly about mines and artifacts, which makes him great for players who want to explore the mines. Players can also fall in love with Sheila, Joe’s daughter and owner of the brand-new Buffalo Ranch. Joe runs the boarding house.
Lunna – Astray in Stardew Valley
This cute mod is mostly about Lunna, a mystery woman who isn’t what she seems to be. Rasmodius, the witch who lives alone in Cindersnap Forest, will take care of Lunna. Lunna: Astray in Stardew Valley adds three new NPCs that you can date: Bianka, Raphael, and Lunna.
Players will have to go through Lunna’s story to meet Bianka and Raphael. Once they do, they can choose to date any of the three characters and marry them. Stardew Valley cooking fans can also unlock special recipes that are only given to them. This mod adds more magic and travel, and if players stick with Lunna’s story long enough, they can visit her home, Umuwi.
Looking for Love
The Looking for Love mod is great because it lets players date some single NPCs who weren’t available before. Older Stardew Valley players may be let down by the fact that most of the bachelor and bachelorette NPCs are young adults. There are lots of players in Pelican Town who want to date some of the more adult and cute singles.
You can go on dates with Gus, Clint, Marnie, and Pam with this mod. It adds 9 of the original Stardew Valley NPCs who are single to the dating group, giving players new conversations, events, and partner rooms. It is important to note that this mod is based on Siv’s Marriage Mod, which hasn’t been changed since 2017. The files in Looking For Love have been updated and fixed, and Skibidi Toilet is more stable for players who want to date these new characters.
Downtown Zuzu
This is a cool mod called Downtown Zuzu that adds a whole new area to Stardew Valley. Downtown Zuzu is more city-like than Pelican Town, and it has a lot of new places to visit and people to meet. A busy mall, a pretty high street, and an airport are some of the best places in this mod.
For romance, Downtown Zuzu adds 6 new NPCs that can be dated. From shy goth girl Gwen to cocky Joja CEO Kristoff, each one is different and interesting in their own way. This mod completely changes the game, and the dateable figures fit right in with the new, complicated parts of Stardew Valley.
Stardew Valley Expanded
The Stardew Valley Expanded mod is probably well known to people who have played Stardew Valley for a long time. This is a huge mod that adds everything to the game, like new worlds, NPCs, and even fish that players can catch. You can’t say enough good things about how much care and work went into this mod.
Stardew Valley Expanded adds 6 new characters that can be dated, in addition to the huge amount of material that was already there. There is a famous face of the Wizard among these, which will make players who want to date Rasmodius happy. There are, however, 5 brand-new characters with carefully thought-out backstories and speech, such as Olivia, a classy mother, or Lance, a brave explorer.
East Scarp
The East Scarp mod adds a whole new area to Stardew Valley for players to explore. It works with both Stardew Valley Expanded and Downtown Zuzu. Along with 10 new dateable NPCs, it adds new homes, shops, and surprises to discover. This lets players enjoy new dating events, places, and a brand-new way to watch birds.
These dating-friendly NPCs include Sen, a shadow that lives in a mine, and Aideen, a well-spoken Victorian-era fan. The new people who want to get married have ties to well-known characters in Stardew Valley. For example, Tristan is Jas’s (non-canonical) father and is a rebellious but lovely explorer.
Ridgeside Village
The Ridgeside town mod for Stardew Valley adds a whole new town and over 50 new non-player characters (NPCs). Fans of the game for a long time will be happy for months as they play through all the new material, which includes a huge number of characters that can be dated. This also makes it great for playing again and again, since players can pick new friends and choices each time.
Ridgeside Village has 22 new people who want to get married. Some are clear men and bachelorettes, while others are harder to get to know. June, a soft-voiced musician, and Ian, a trustworthy and kind worker, are two of the single people. Alissa, another farmer with an interest in the arts, and Flor, who is just a little too cute, are two of the bachelorettes. There are a few tricks that will help players win the hearts of the more difficult NPCs that can be dated. For instance, Irene and Anton could be a good match for marriage, but players will have to spend time completing their 8 heart events before they can go after them. Some, like Daia and Jio, can only be played after certain stories and events have been finished.
