Many of the things we fear about … never happen.
And … still … we are afraid of them all the time.
In fact … no matter how good life would be …. all those fears … don’t allow us to enjoy life.
We try … all sorts of tricks … and still.
Truth is that … we just can’t enjoy life.
Some are afraid of being cheated …. even if their partners really love them.
… some of losing their money, even if businesses are running perfect.
Some … of losing their jobs … even if they are really appreciated … professionally.
The list of fears … is in fact … infinite.
It is actually like … we have a premonition that something bad is going to happen.
…. even if it doesn’t happen.
Never.
And still … we can’t get rid of …. fears.
All is … repetitive.
… not giving us peace … to enjoy our lives.
The final question remains … what the hell can we do?!
How can we really get rid of all those negative emotions… which overwhelms us?!
How can we stop living those 2 parallel realities?!
… the real one … and the one from our heads?!
Most probably … many don’t succeed anything.
… and continue living a beautiful life … but … simple can’t enjoy it.
Today … I would dare to say that maybe the only real way to stop our minds torturing ourselves …. is to experience our fears.
… as an experiment.
Yes … even as a theoretical experiment.
The person … which is fearing of being cheated … to speak about such a scenario with the partner… and visualise all.
The person … which is fearing of losing money … to start make donations … and see what is really going on … while part of their money … goes away.
The person being afraid of losing the good job … to think about accepting new opportunities for work.
In fact … disconnect from what have into the now … and stop being afraid of losing such a reality.
Visualising all ….
Feeling … that all we are fearing is … happening.
And … think about our reaction … in front of losing all.
In fact … losing a reality which we like.
Like … but maybe not adore.
There is a saying … You will not get rid to experience … what you fear about.
So … why not … visualise and even experience such a scenario?!
Meditate on it.
You see … most probably … the whole meaning of life … is to experience it.
… and evolve spiritually.
But … we will never be able to do that … under the dominance of … fears.
Somehow … getting rid of that … starting the process of healing … making our minds stop making us being afraid … of things which maybe will never happen … is to analyse deeper such a scenario.
Experience it …. at a theoretical level … or even for real.
…. allowing the negativity to be expressed.
Most probably … detachment would help us … see all differently.
And stop … being afraid.
Stop … living in … hallucinations.
Stop being afraid to enjoy a life … which we believe we can lose it.
Of course… it is so easy to talk … and write … but on the stage of the real life … we simple can’t do anything … to apply those concepts.
So … life continues … and even if all is perfect … all we have in our minds is the fear of losing that beautiful reality.
And fears continue to dominate us.
On … and on and on.
Like something … karmic … but we are too blinds to see all.
