COMPLETELY STUDY THE IPMAT SYLLABUS TO CRACK The EXAM
IPM stands for Integrated Programme in Management, and to pursue this 5-year course, students must pass an aptitude test called IPMAT, (Integrated Programme in Management Aptitude Test). IPMAT is held annually by IIM Indore and IIM Rohtak.
Many reputed colleges, including IIFT, IIM Ranchi, Nirma University, and NALSAR, Hyderabad, accept IPMAT scores.
IPMAT is used for admission to the IPM program at IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya. The National Testing Agency (NTA) administers the Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test based on the Class 12th curriculum.
Students from any background can successfully pass the exam on their initial attempt if they follow a proper preparation plan and strategy that strictly adheres to the IPMAT syllabus.
About IPMAT
The first three years of the course generally focus on developing a student’s management foundations. Mathematics, statistics, and economics are among the core fundamentals taught, as are political science, psychology, literature, language, sociology, humanities, and fine arts. Students are taught skills that will enable them to advance to positions of responsibility.
The final two years of the course are primarily dedicated to teaching students core management skills. Finance, Communication, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Strategy, International Trade, Quantitative Techniques, Information Systems, Operations Management, Operational Behavior, and Human Resource Management are among the core subjects.

IPMAT – CRITERIA OF ELIGIBILITY
For enrollment in the five-year Integrated Programme in Management (IPMAT), IIM Indore has outlined a set of requirements. The following are the IPMAT 2024 eligibility requirements:
In the case of the General and NC-OBC categories, the candidate must have obtained a minimum of 60% aggregate in Class 10/SSC and Class 12/HSC or equivalent examinations.
The qualifying examination must have been passed in 2022, 2023 or 2024. In addition, the candidate must be no older than 20 years of age as of July 2024.
In the case of SC, ST, and PWD (DA), the candidate must have obtained a minimum of 55% aggregate in Class 10/SSC and Class 12/HSC or equivalent examination.

The Institute of Management, Nirma University Ahmedabad, IIFT Kakinada, and NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, are three additional prestigious institutions that offer this five-year integrated course in addition to the IIMs on the basis of IPMAT score.
There are essentially two phases to the curriculum; The first phase of the programme lays the groundwork. At the conclusion of the first three years, in addition to their academic work, students are required to perform a social internship.
The second phase of the programme focuses on business management. In addition to their coursework, students in their fourth and fifth years are required to complete a business internship.
